His Story
From South Central to Sandy Lane
Pastor Martin C. Jackson, MTh was born and raised in South Central Los Angeles. He knows what it means to need a word that is real — not polished, not performed, but true.
For over 30 years he has served as a pastor, preacher, and shepherd. He is the Senior Pastor of Sandy Lane Baptist Church in Fort Worth, Texas, the Founder of The Shift: A Ministry of Inner Transformation, and the Founder and host of the Being the Change Conference.
He has walked through valleys that tested everything he preaches — including eight years on dialysis and a kidney transplant that God used to deepen his faith and clarify his calling.
He holds a Master of Theology (MTh) and is the author of God Is Not Controlled By Circumstance and From Grace to Glory.
